Customer survey out now

We have asked Acuity to carry out an independent survey to customers to help us improve our services. We want to understand what are the most important issues and priorities for our customers and to identify areas we can improve. 

Every customer who fully completes the survey by 28th February and returns this to us will be entered into a prize draw. We will then select five responses at random for a prize of £100 each.

Please be aware that anything included in this survey will be strictly confidential. Acuity will report the findings to us without identifying any individual customers, and they will not share any personal details with any other organisation.
