We're number 34!

We’re delighted to share that we have achieved the 34th position in the National Centre for Diversity’s Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index 2024!  

The National Centre for Diversity (NCFD) provides organisations with a framework to turn FREDIE (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement) from an acronym to a reality. As well as their now well established NCFD annual awards, they also assess and award a range of accreditations for organisations to work towards to continuously improve and strive to go further and become even more inclusive. 

Solat Chaudhry, Chief Executive at the National Centre for Diversity, said:

FREDIE matters to us because it is at the heart of what we do. We believe that everyone who makes up our team must be aligned with these principles to create the best possible culture for the organisation. If we can't embody the different characteristics of FREDIE we can't provide the best possible service to our customers either.
