Outlining our strategy for managing our stock
This asset management strategy covers the five-year period 2025/26 to 2029/30. It concentrates on those activities relevant to the management of Squared’s owned housing related assets.
The strategy makes use of stock condition, compliance and performance information to inform strategic decisions on investment and disinvestment. It sets out priorities and pressures that will shape future investment and identifies the decisions that will need to be taken over the coming years to ensure investment is prioritised in a cost-effective way and that Squared makes the best use of its assets.
