If you want to apply for a joint tenancy with a partner they must be able to prove that they have lived with you for one year, or provide a marriage certificate. We do not currently grant joint tenancies to children of customers.
You must have a clear rent account in order to be able to proceed with this application and not have any outstanding notices against your tenancy.

- Proof of ID - passport or driving license
- Proof of NI Number
- Proof of Income
- Proof of right to rent/work in the UK if applicable
- Proof of marriage/proof that they have lived in the property for one year
