Customers having communal areas and/or outdoor spaces is dependent on your own accommodation. If you have a garden or any communal space indoors or outside, there are a few things need to be kept in mind.
You are expected to keep your garden clean, tidy and free from rubbish. Please check with us before cutting down any trees as some are protected by special orders.
You are also responsible for supervising children on balconies, outside and in communal areas. Please ask permission before planting shrubs or flowers in communal outdoor space.
We ask that everyone should be considerate to other people when using all outside communal areas, including inside stairwells and walkways.
