We have a number of ways that you can get involved and help shape our services.

Customer engagement group

Our customer engagement group provides you with the opportunity to feedback to our team members on our services. Meeting quarterly we discuss a range of topics that we want to get customer input in. This can include advice on anti-social behaviour, guidance on repair processes and more.

Customer surveys

Another way that you can provide feedback to us is by completed surveys. We will send a range of surveys, sometimes after you have had an interaction with us (for instance after we have completed a repair) or a generic survey to take stock of how we're doing as a landlord. 

This feedback is hugely valuable, as it gives us the opportunity to incorporate our customers experience into the development of our services.
