Having a home that’s well maintained, comfortable and easy to live in is important to enable you to move forward with your life. So, we have an in-house maintenance and repair team that works hard to keep each of our homes in good condition and suitable for those living there.
A clean slate
To ensure every tenant gets the best possible start in their new Squared home, we assess each property that becomes empty and repair and redecorate it as needed. It’s then fresh and ready for its new occupants.
Adapted to you
We also offer the aids and adaptions some tenants need such as grab rails or level access to wet rooms. If you need this kind of help, we can arrange for an occupational therapist to assess your needs and recommend the aids or adaptations that would be suitable for you.
