The key objective of our damp and mould policy is to keep customers safe and well, to ensure that Squared
employees, partners and contractors are clear on our legal duty to respond to reports of damp
and mould, and in doing so provide assurance that Squared are meeting their legal and
regulatory requirements, in resolving damp and mould hazards that present a significant risk
of harm to our customers:
