Keeping on top of your rent is not just important for us, it's essential in retaining your home and in becoming independent.
We will offer advice, information and support to you at sign-up, to prevent arrears forming in the first place. We will also give advice on claiming benefits where possible, and refer you to specialist organisations if required.
We aim to intervene early to avoid large arrears building as it is often easier to address this at an earlier stage. Eviction will only be used as a last resort when all other methods have failed.
