I understand I must get my pet neutered I understand the costs involved in keeping a pet from feeding to medical expenses I understand I must get my pet regularly vaccinated I understand I must keep my pet flea and worm free I have thought about who will look after my pet when I am unable to do so I will consider taking out pet insurance to pay for unexpected vetinary bills I understand that I am fully responsible for the behaviour of my pet

Declaration

I understand that Squared does not tolerate animal abuse and will work with the RSPCA and police if reports are made of this nature I understand that I must keep my pets in a way that doesn't cause nuisance to neighbours or the local area I will be a responsible pet owner and maintain the welfare and wellbeing of my pet I will never breed or sell animals from my home I understand if I breach these terms I may be asked to rehome my pet I understand if my pet cause a nuisance action may be taken under the tenancy agreement
