We want all of our customers to have a great experience with us. That's why we put in place support for our customers to help you manage your tenancy.
In the first 12 months of your tenancy, we will meet with you at least three times to see how you are settling in.
If you are a new customer of Squared, you will have a starter tenancy for the first 12 months. As long as you are keeping to the terms of your tenancy agreement, at the end of the 12 months, you will become an assured tenant.
You can contact your Housing Officer at any time during your tenancy if you are experiencing difficulties.
Please be assured that we will warn you in advance if you are breaking the terms of the tenancy agreement and if are at risk of losing your home.
